Historic overhaul of the Laws of the Game unveiled by the International Football Association Board (IFAB)

The most extensive revision of the soccer Laws has been approved and published by the IFAB.  This revision is probably the most comprehensive in the 130 year history of the IFAB, which has reorganised and updated the Laws of the Game book to make it far more easy to read and understand; not just for the referees but for anyone interested in the Laws of football.

Our Mission

Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association Referee Committee (EPSARC) is an organization within the Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association.  Through EPSARC individuals can become certified as a US Soccer referee by taking the Entry Level Class. Referees then have the ability to officiate Youth and Adult games (depending on the level attained) for all USSF sanctioned matches and events.

EPSARC also facilitates the requirements to maintain an official's badge, and offers him/her the opportunity to upgrade, giving referees a chance to officiate higher level games and tournaments.

Explore the areas above to gain an understanding of the program, and see if becoming a USSF Soccer Referee is the right fit for you!
