Hosting an Entry Level Field Session

HOSTING AN ENTRY LEVEL FIELD SESSION – NEW PROCESS – SEE #3 BELOW.

To host an Entry Level Field Session, a club/organization representative must:

1. Read and agree to the Entry Level Hosting Requirements NEW – 2023 –
2. IMPORTANT:  Individuals will not be able to register for a Field Session until ALL online lessons are completed
3. Hosting Organization must be able to provide both of the following:
   • Classroom or indoor facility capable of accomodating up to 30 students and support audio/visual aids
   • Outdoor soccer field or full size gym area
4. Complete the online Request to Host an Entry Level Course
   • Participant registration is managed by EPSARC
     • including payment, background clearances, online lesson verification, and session roster
5. Representative MUST be present at the beginning of the Field Session
