State Referee Committee
The Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association Referee Committee (EPSARC) serves new and continuing referees in Eastern Pennsylvania. Today, there are nearly 3,000 referees in Eastern Pennsylvania, officiating thousands of competitions annually.
EPSARC is the State Association for the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and is committed to providing training, certification, assessment, and education for soccer officials working youth, adult amateur, and professional matches played in Eastern Pennsylvania under the jurisdiction of the USSF or its member organizations.
